Welcome to Fit4Him Kidz!
We understand the importance of ministering to children during their formative years with the good news of Jesus Christ! We count it a privilege to join with you in growing up young believers who will impact the world with the Gospel.
FIT4HIM KIDZ MINISTRY WILL:

- Develop a relationship with each child and their unique needs
We have an awesome team ready for your kids!
The Jumpin’ Junction is for two month olds – pre-Kindergarten.
Our experienced teachers will take great care of your little ones and teach them about Jesus while you’re in Connect Group and Worship. Your child will have two sets of teachers each week: one set at 9:00 am and one set at 10:30 am. These teachers will be the same each week! You’ll find us on the 100 Level on the Preschool Hall. Preschoolers stay in the same classroom all morning.
Older preschoolers who attend the 10:30 am class will also attend “Wrap-Up” at the conclusion of their class which is a short, engaging worship time with other classes.
Fit4Him Kidz is for Kindergarten – 4th Grade
This group will spend about an hour and twenty minutes in a Connect Group with friends their age and then spend about an hour and twenty minutes in Children’s Worship. We don’t waste one single minute – every bit of their experience here will be teaching them about Jesus in a fun, lively environment.
Preteens learn to study the Bible on their own, to pray, how to have a quiet time, and how to think through their faith. We are preparing them to enter the Student Ministry, hopefully as a Christian, but more than that, already on the way to great discipleship and being ready to do life as a teenager!
Preteen classrooms are on our 300 Level.
Your Preteens should attend Worship with you during the hour they are not in Connect Group.
Children’s Worship is at 10:30 am in the Rally Room. If you child attends 9:00 am Connect Group, they will go straight to Children’s Worship when they are done!
The sermon in Children’s Worship is based on the same Scripture that adults hear in their Worship service which is a great way for your K-4th grader to get to experience worship and teaching at their learning level! We love helping them learn how to take notes (or draw pictures!) as they listen.
Wednesday Nights
Babies & Toddlers
We don’t believe in the word “childcare” at HBC! We are here to teach the Bible even from the youngest age! Infants are hearing about God’s love as they’re held and rocked, and toddlers learn songs and Bible stories that give them a firm Gospel foundation.
We have Wednesday night classes for ages six months – two years.
AWANA
AWANA stands for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed” and comes from 2 Timothy 2:15. AWANA gives all children the opportunity to grow in spiritual disciplines like reading the Bible and memorizing verses. Kids are rewarded each week and have lots of fun with friends!
AWANA is for three year olds – 6th graders.
Awana Grand Prix
Mark your calendar for the annual HBC AWANA Grand Prix! You do not need to be in AWANA or have kids in AWANA to participate. Register below to secure your spot in the most highly anticipated race event of the year! Once registered, you will receive a message when your race kit is ready to be picked up.
March 13th – Registration Ends
March 20th – Grand Prix Event | 6:30 pm
