Why does this matter?
God has called every believer to be equipped for the work of the ministry and to be prepared for however He leads us to advance His kingdom. In light of this, every cohort will have practical “on mission” assignments designed to advance the gospel.
Who is this for?
This cohort and track is for local church leaders looking to be more fully equipped for effective ministry in the local church. God could also be preparing those who go through this track to be sent as leaders in revitalization, church planting,
or other missional endeavors.
What’s the schedule?
Each cohort will focus on a different competency (8 total over two years), and each cohort will run 7 weeks. During those 7 weeks, everyone in the cohort will meet together every other week (the first, third, fifth and seventh weeks). Each student will meet with their local church coach on the opposite weeks (the second, fourth, and sixth weeks).
What is the cost?
The cost of each cohort will be $25 per person. Each student who desires to earn a certificate from SEBTS in conjunction with completing the whole track will need to pay SEBTS $97 for each cohort course. Each student will also be
responsible to purchase one book per course.
