How do I get to your campus?
Hephzibah is located at 1794 Wendell Boulevard in Wendell at the intersection of Wendell Boulevard (US-64 East) and Hwy 97. We have two entrances to our campus from Wendell Boulevard. Our West entrance is from Old Battle Bridge Road (Hwy 97) with an East entrance from Old Oak Tree Road.
Where do I go? Our church is constructing a new preschool/children’s building as well as a new lobby and connector building. Greeters will be available to assist you as you enter and find your way around the church. We meet for worship in the Family Life Center at 9:00am and 10:30am. Connect groups are available for all ages. Information about these groups can be found in the FLC lobby and our greeters will assist you in finding just the right group for you and each member of your family!
What should I wear? We encourage you to come as you are! Sunday morning dress at HBC varies from people wearing business-casual to suits and ties to jeans. God sees our heart and that’s what He cares about.
What should I expect in a worship service? Our worship style is balanced and intentionally multi-generational. We are always learning something new and at the same time, consistently singing classic, timeless songs of faith in worship. We are led each Sunday by a talented band of musicians and a growing worship choir.
What about my kids? Age appropriate classes are provided for babies (6 weeks old) to 4 years of age. This enables parents to attend both a worship service and Connect group on Sunday. All children in Kindergarten through 4th grade are invited to attend Children’s Worship on Sundays at 10:30 AM in the Rally Room on level 400. Fit4Him Kidz encourages our children to become strong spiritual athletes through Bible study, prayer and service.
Pastor Aaron Wallace brings the Sunday morning message. These messages will be directly from the Word of God about the Gospel of Christ that is relevant to every generation. We pray that these messages will call you to a deeper relationship with God and prepare you to go out into the world and be on mission with God. Pastor Aaron explains in practical terms how we can live the life God intends for us. Prayer counselors are available after the sermon if you need to talk to someone about any pressing life needs.
After the service you are invited to meet the pastor and staff. We look forward to answering any questions you may have.
